Legacy Cheer seeks to teach the fundamentals of competitive cheerleading in an environment that focuses on glorifying God through healthy competition, while using appropriate music, movements and uniforms.
ABOUT LEGACY CHEER
Legacy Cheer began as Cross Cheer All Star in 2019 with the mission to provide All Star cheerleading in a Christian environment. Our program has grown every year since! We prioritize balance and teamwork over competition and individuality. In 2022 we changed our name to Legacy Cheer due to our explosion of growth and amicable need to separate the two companies.
meet the coaches
Erika Toney- Owner
Erika Toney has over 20 years of experience in the cheerleading industry. She was a collegiate cheerleader at SMU, and has coached high school cheer for 12+ years. Her desire to start a Christian All Star Cheerleading program grew out of her love for cheer, God, and her two daughters! She wanted a safe place that they could learn cheerleading in a Christian environment. She feels blessed to take her passions and share them with others.
Tiffany Ruffcorn
Tiffany Ruffcorn has worked with the All Star program since 2019. She is also an Assistant Teacher at Trinity Christian Academy where she coaches the JV and 8th grade cheer team. She has two daughters at TCA! Tiffany is a former collegiate cheerleader and has her degree in Christian Education.
